Who is responsible?
The controller is SIA Ditra SSC, registration no. 44103136554, VAT no. LV44103136554. Registered address: 18. novembra iela 105, Daugavpils, LV-5404. Contact address: Krustpils iela 15, Rīga; email: vadims.luznovs@ditra.lv; telephone: +371 28479838.
What information do we receive?
We receive your email address, optional name and telephone number, company and vehicle details, description of your needs and selected products. Fleet enquiries require a company name; an on-site demonstration requires a visit location. Provide only information needed for your enquiry. Do not send national identification numbers, identity document copies or health information.
How does the form work?
Selecting “Send enquiry” sends the information to the TRIDE website server and stores it in a private inbox. A reference number confirms receipt. This is not a live chat or a marketing subscription. When using the fallback email link, you must send the message from your email application. Contact drafts are not stored in browser localStorage or sessionStorage.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use information to respond, prepare a quote and arrange a demonstration. For a possible contract in your own name, the basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For company representatives and managing follow-up to the enquiry, our legitimate interest is responding to requests and arranging cooperation (Article 6(1)(f)). Website security relies on our legitimate interest in preventing misuse. Orders rely on contract performance; mandatory records rely on a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)); justified legal claims rely on Article 6(1)(f). Providing contact information is voluntary, but the form requires an email address. You may also telephone us. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
How long are enquiries kept?
For enquiries that do not result in an order, we delete personal data from the live website database after 90 days from the latest substantive communication or the quote expiry date, whichever is later. If neither follow-up nor a quote exists, the period starts when the enquiry is received. We may delete information sooner when no longer necessary. It is not used for unsolicited advertising. Continuing negotiations updates the period based on actual communication.
Orders and preservation exceptions
We keep only information needed for order fulfilment, warranties, accounting or a specific legal claim under separate rules. Transaction accounting evidence is kept for the legally required period, generally at least five years; other records depend on the applicable duty and limitation period. The website copy of an order is deleted after the necessary records have been preserved in company document systems and the enquiry period has ended, or earlier after review. An unresolved data request, dispute or specific legal duty pauses deletion of the relevant information and requires review. This does not justify indefinite retention of all enquiries.
Who can receive information?
The authorised controller accesses website enquiries after authentication. Hosting uses OpenAI ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure; business email uses Microsoft 365. Providers process information as necessary for their services under the applicable processing terms. Manufacturers or installation partners receive only information needed for the particular solution or order. Authorities may receive information when required by law.
Providers and copies
Provider infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Applicable transfer safeguards are determined by the relevant service agreement and processing terms. You can ask us for information about the particular processing and safeguards. Deleting a live website record does not simultaneously remove email, downloads or provider recovery copies. These follow separate retention rules and the relevant system deletion cycle.
Operation and security data
Hosting may process IP addresses, request times and browser information for operation and security. We do not store IP addresses in enquiry records. Anti-spam identifiers derived from the network address and hour, and attempt counts, have a two-hour lifetime and are removed during cleanup. For up to one year, deletion logs retain only execution time, action type and deleted record count, without customer names, enquiry references or content. ChatGPT sign-in for inbox administration supplies a verified account identifier and email for access checks.
Cookies and browser storage
Product identifiers and quantities selected or compared are kept in sessionStorage for the browser tab session. They do not contain contact details. The URL determines the language. Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement are not enabled in this version and the site code does not load these tools. Before enabling measurement, information about the actual tools must be updated and relevant consent obtained. Hosting provides necessary authentication and security mechanisms.
External links and video
YouTube videos and manufacturer catalogues open on external websites when you choose their links. We do not embed YouTube players on this website. The external service’s privacy and cookie terms apply after opening its link.
Your rights and contact

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where a particular activity relies on it, without affecting prior lawful processing. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month. Where a lawful extension is needed, we explain it within the first month. We request only necessary identity verification. You may complain to Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate at dvi.gov.lv.
